The chevron conveyor belt is an inclined conveyor belt consisting of a cover rubber with a patterned working surface (carrying side), a smooth cover rubber on the non‑working side, and a carcass. The belt surface features a herringbone (chevron) pattern that is raised above the belt body. The pattern may be either open or closed, and each pattern type is available in three heights: high, medium, and low.
Features:
(1) Carcass materials: cotton canvas (CC), nylon (NN), polyester (EP), etc.
(2) Belt width: 300～800 mm
(3) Pattern height: 5, 10, 15, 20 mm (Note: Pattern shapes can be designed according to customer requirements.)
(4) Characteristics: Suitable for conveying powdery, granular, and small‑lump materials at inclination angles from 0° to 40°, as well as bagged materials. Effectively prevents material slippage.
